Stewards are elected officers of our union. They assist crew members when violations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) occur. Stewards represent crew members when facing disciplinary action by the company, provide advice on contractual issues to crew members, and administer the filing of grievances. Stewards also assist union attorneys during hearings.
