The Catering Committee strives to improve food quality, ensures proper food quantity, and addresses crewmember concerns related to aircraft catering through routine catering inspections and meetings with the company. The Catering Committee ensures each crewmember is provided with the catering agreed upon in our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Crew Catering Audit : Please complete the Crew Catering Audit after each flight.
Here is a link to the companies FCR page for documenting if the catering is bad/good. All FCR data is considered and is helpful for improving the quality of your catering.
