Jumpseat/KCM

The Jumpseat/KCM Committee works with jumpseat committees throughout the industry to maintain a jumpseat system that is easy to use, both on our own company aircraft as well as with other participating airlines. The committee acquires, maintains, and updates jumpseat information on all cooperating carriers and resolves problems crew members encounter while jumpseating.

For Leisure Non-Rev ZED travel on other airlines, instructions can be found on our Dependent Committee page.

*New Procedure for ID90 Jumpseat Listings*
The jumpseat listing platform ID90 (not to be confused with myIDTravel, which is a different listing
platform), has just retired all generic airline logins across the industry. This follows suit with what the other airline listing platform, myIDTravel, did a couple years ago. The procedure to log in to ID90 is no longer ‘5Yemp’ and ‘000x’ as it has been for years, and you will now have to either:
A) authenticate the personal ID90 account the company has generated for you using this link:
https://www.id90travel.com/access-account/5y
OR
B) if you already have a personal account created in the past using your Atlas credentials, then simply log in to that (should be your Atlas employee number for username) and select ‘forgot password’ if needed.
If you have not previously created a personal ID90 account, then follow the prompts generated when you input Atlas as your employing airline.
The same listing procedures apply, as before, for making jumpseat listings on airlines that utilize the ID90 platform (Atlas, Hawaiian, Frontier, and Sun Country); now, you will just do it after logging in under your personal ID90 account.

*MyIDTravel Personal Account Update*
If you have not received instructions on setting up your personal myIDTravel account, or need to reset your password, please click on “forgot password” and use your Atlas email for the recovery. If the instructions sent to your work email for resetting your password do not work, please reach out to interline@atlasair.com and they will assist you. If you previously had a personal account for ZED listings, you will now use that same account for jumpseat listings (on the airlines that use myIDTravel for listings). More information is below under the myIDTravel link.

*International Jumpseat Open*
The OAL international jumpseat on Atlas is OPEN. Jumpseaters must list 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the international flight, and must have all the proper visas and/or vaccinations required by the country of entry, as a normal passenger would. No “Crew Exemptions” are permitted for jumpseaters.

        Spirit Airlines Verification Code: nklist14
  • Allegiant Air listing glitch resulting in an error code can be fixed by adding a “+” to the front of your phone number
  • American Airlines gate agents may need to hear you refer to your jumpseat listing as a “D6” (technically D6UJ FDJ), in case they are new or inadequately trained for listing jumspeaters. Also, if your CASS is denied, be sure they have selected “5Y – Atlas Air” and not “5Y – Atlas Airy,” as occasionally when they search for 5Y, Atlas will auto populate when they type 5 and then they type Y which will be appended to Atlas Air, voiding their CASS check. Diligence on your part is paramount when interacting with AA.

*Notice about beards*
If you choose to wear a beard while jumpseating, be aware that most other airlines have “no beards” written into their jumpseat policy. As always, the final decision lies with the PIC, and you may be permitted on a case by case basis, especially if cabin flow-back seating is available. If denied, please remain respectful and professional, as jumpseating is a privilege not a right, and email our committee detailing your experience. Officially, here is our list of airlines that allow beards on their jumpseat: Atlas, UPS, Hawaiian, Allegiant, Frontier, Ameriflight, ATI, Avelo, Breeze, Cape Air, Porter, and Western Global. We will update the list periodically with any new additions.
